Post-Publication Changes
In our continuous effort to enhance transparency and accommodate valid requests from authors, we have a policy regarding post-publication correction.
Policy Overview:
Author-Requested Changes: In certain cases, authors may approach the editorial board after the publication of their manuscript, requesting the changes.
Consideration Process: Each request will be evaluated on an individual basis, taking into account the validity of the reasons behind the changes requested.
Guidelines for Approval: Authors seeking post-publication changes must provide clear justification. The editorial board will assess the request, keeping in mind the journal's commitment to academic integrity and transparency.
Submission Procedure: Authors wishing to request the changes post-publication should submit a formal request to the editorial board via the submission portal of the specific publication (as the main communication platform is the journal OJS portal aiming and keep all communication documented on a single portal), additionally, the authors should also write an official email to the journal email at jowach@thequantumnetworks.com. The request should include a detailed explanation of the reasons for the changes (along with necessary documentation).
Approval Process: The editorial board will review each request promptly and notify the authors of the outcome. If approved, the necessary updates will be made to the to the newer version in the form of additional published manuscript, and a corrigendum or erratum will be issued to acknowledge the changes.
We believe that this policy will provide a fair and transparent mechanism for authors while maintaining the high standards of our journal.
