The Journal of Women and Child Health (JoWaCH) recognizes the invaluable contribution of our reviewers to the quality and integrity of our publications. As a token of our appreciation, we are starting (from Issue 4th of Volume 1 onwards) to provide personalized e-certificates to reviewers who participate in our peer-review process.

What is a JoWaCH Reviewer E-certificate?

A JoWaCH Reviewer E-certificate is an electronic document issued to reviewers after they complete a peer review for a manuscript submitted to the journal. The e-certificate acknowledges the reviewer's expertise and dedication to advancing research in the field of women's and children's health. It will includes details such as the reviewer's name, the manuscript title they reviewed, and the date of the review.

Benefits of Reviewer E-certificates:

  • Recognition of Expertise: Reviewer e-certificates will serve as a tangible record of your contribution to JoWaCH and can be used to demonstrate your expertise in women's and children's health research.
  • Continuing Education Credits: Some institutions allow reviewers to claim continuing education (CE) credits for their participation in peer review. Each JoWaCH reviewer e-certificate will acknowledge 01 credit for the completed review, subject to your institution's policy.
